Marc.......What a wonderful sound system you have assembled. While studying the photo below I had a thought that the Esoteric gear might be even more stunning if all three components were aligned and the Ref 6 moved to the right side were the K-03 is sitting. Please don't think I am criticizing. It is only a thought that crossed my mind when I looked at the photos. The system is stunning.

I care about symmetry, and I thought about doing your suggestion before, but my preference towards having the preamp be the center of a system outweighs that concern. I really do think of my Ref6 as the hub. But maybe I'll give this a shot sometime and see what it looks like.

I agree with the pre-amp being the center of the setup... system looks amazing!

Should you get a wild hair and decide to move the gear, even just for a look, take a photo for us to see. If you don't touch a thing, the sound system is still absolutely perfect.
