Cable Skeptic No More

I was always on the fence regarding the value of “quality” cables. I have a Mac MC 452, MC 205, Marantz 8805AV, Oppo 205, B&W CM10s, 8s, and 6s. For my XLR interconnects I’ve been using AQ Red River and Mackenzie. After a PM to Ivan I decided to go with the WW Oasis 8; while they are nice cables I did not experience the noticeable improvement I was hoping for. More PMs to Ivan and I decided to try a pair of Eclipse 8 to run from the Oppo to Marantz (I use Oppo as DAC for Nuc running Roon). Now this made the difference I had hoped for. The sound stage opened up like I’ve never heard before. Thank you Ivan for the advice and outstanding customer service. I will slowly be upgrading to Eclipse 8 for the entire system.
