Default Terry Dorn retires from audio research

I heard it's effective on Monday. New President from I believe Texas Instruments to replace him. More uncertainty for us.

I was told he has a long time background in ARC. As in he is a long time fan and owner of many ARC products.

I hope he is at least a huge fan with an understanding of ARC, its past and present.
I am worried more everyday because it appears that the buyout was a leveraged buy out which creates huge debt that must be paid back at any and all costs even if that means upping the price and bling factor to make the products more desirable in the Asian market which I understand is bigger than the U.S. market.
I just don't want ARC to lose its way or to be forced to "synergize" with other Fine Sounds brands like Sonus Faber (not that Sonus is a bad brand but ARC should continue to be voiced for all speakers) or make turntables and speakers or do anything else that undermines the product or the brand.
