Default How destructive it is to put. A TT here

This will solve many wiring problems for me.
But it will be close to woofers shake and also strong woofer and amplifier magnetic field.

But how bad is it gonna be ?

My gut feeling tells me that this would be the wrong place. Knowing the level you play at, this would surely impact the needle and make it jump despite good isolation.

My best guess is that it would be better to put on the side. Otherwise you could also put the DC901 in the place you mention and put the TT where the 901 actually is.

Then TT and phono stage will have to be in new rack in red area, this require long Power cord ( blue line) To the PS520 just behind center speaker. New , longer balanced IC will be needed , but I have 6 meters Transparent ready. Toga. PS , expect to take delivery of new TT in a month or two.

Hi Toga,

In my opinion, it looks too close to the Q7 woofers. I would look for another option that gives you more isolation.

Best,
Ken

Forgot to attach photo in the last post. Now attached.
TW Acustic Black Night is on order.
With TW 10.5 tone arm and Jelco 750LS as a compliment.
Isolation will be SRA Ohio XL or CMS Maxxum platform.

No idea on cartridge and phono preamp yet.
Expect cartridge to be something in the $2500-3,000 range.
And phono to be $8000.

Toga.

That's a very good looking table

I was discussing about cartridges recently and nothing beats Ortofon reliability. I was thinking about moving to a Koetsu but I was convinced otherwise. Orofon has a great retipping policy. Any cart can be repaired no matter the age.

Toga.
The second photo and new placement of t/t seems much more reasonable.

It will be just these platform, to put on my existing Habitat coffee table. I cannot afford the Scuttle rack.
