Well, our soccer ladies certainly showed some... erm... balls... today against the French at the Women's World Cup.

After the way Japan played afterward, I am certain we are in for an amazing final in Frankfurt come Sunday!

They play much better than men : they run after the ball, while men often walk. They don't play movies when they fall and get harmed. They recover quickly to allow the game to continue....and so on... and so on....
Men soccer players should be ashamed when they see women.

That was a good game by both teams yesterday. From the 25' to about the 75 minute mark the US was outplayed by the French Team, but those two quick goals put it away.

I like the photo of a few members of the French Team that was put into the German magazine Bild the other day. I think the caption went something like. "Is this how we have to dress for you to come and watch us play?"

And yes, some of the French women are o.O - #14 especially; the one that was kicking the corners.

I haven't seen any game for more than 5 minutes, although I liked it a lot, I did not have time but when I read you E. I have great regrets !
