Congratulations. I hope you will share more photos once you complete your garage and woodshop.

Very Cool. Sounds like it was worth the effort in searching for tools

It was hard to tell from the photo but is that a V12 Vantage or the V8

I had a v12v and loved it....still miss it

Thanks for the nice comments, and Ivan for a big laugh. I just hope Kong actually needs a bigger nut wrench.

Mike - here's a quick shot of the workshop just before I moved in two weeks ago. It's the space above the garage, and at the moment still chaos. Better pictures to follow:

Chessman - dreams can come true!

Enatai252 - yes a V12V. The RS7 is faster and the R8 is marginally better/kinder on the track but this is my favorite. Stick shift, naturally aspirated, perfectly balanced handling, brutally raw when you want it and luxurious the rest of the time. I think of it as my super model on wheels, but cheaper to maintain. Speaking of super models my wife lays claim to the red DB9. Also a stick and of course V12. She's a proper petrol head and tears it up in this.

On the tool collection I got more surprises today going through the bins in detail. One bin is just all hammers, mostly in the body work category. Another bin is all welder's clamps (the huge vice-grip types). Another is all air tools from ratchet guns to grinders to sheet metal shears, etc. Oh and a sand blaster. It goes on and on. So much fun.

I now have 7 torque wrenches. All Snap-on and SK. Crazy.

I wonder what I'll find tomorrow...

JR
