Default Ref 5 SE Low Voltage Mute

Today is a very stormy day in Portugal, rain and wind. I was listening to the phono when suddenly there was silence. My Ref 5 SE had muted, and a flashing message appeared about low line voltage. Apparently this happens when low voltage is detected in the circuit and the preamp shuts down to protect the amp and speakers from sonic nasties. It's good to know that ARC is protecting us, but I shut down the system to be safe. Am I overreacting?

No, but let voltage normalize first

Thanks for the replies. It's a miserable Saturday, lots of people at home watching TV, etc., and using my voltage! The strong wind seems to be affecting the electrical supply too as the lights were flickering.
