Thanks Dan. For some reason I had a problem with my CB6i center channel when I received them from Canada. They were stuck. Thanks to Ian, he overnighted a replacement woofs.
 They were scanspeak custom made for PMC or perhaps PMC does their own customization. Plug-n-play. Otherwise, I wouldn't have crack open my speakers.

It is very good to hear that Ian, and PMC are taking care of customers in such a timely, and gracious manner. That's the kind of behavior that builds a high quality, well respected reputation. PMC is a great speaker manufacturer, with a fine line of speakers, so it is good to know they also support their customers without dragging their feet. This is important to existing and future customers.
Way to go PMC.
