Hi,

Did anyone here compared an Alpha HC to a Sigma digital on their DAC or CD player?
Or replaced their Alpha HC for a Sigma digital/analog?

I'm curious about your experience. How would you rate the difference/improvement?

And also, now that we are on the subject of HC powercables;

I wonder if anyone here found a configuration where a HC powercord version did not outperform the normal analog/digital of the same class version. (Venom, Alpha or Sigma)

Shunyata says that the HC version is only for the most demanding amplifiers or distributors.

But i wonder if the HC version won't outperform anytime the analog version on a simple pre-amp for example.

Did anyone tried this?
On their Venom, Alpha or Sigma?

Thanks in advance for your time.
Sander.
