Yup...still alive, and very approachable and responsive. I've emailed him several times and he always responds. He sure has an excellent team, including Desmond Harrington (former designer at Krell). Most of their growth these days is outside the U.S. They are trying to keep up with demand in Europe apparently and not planning to add too many more U.S. dealers.

When you call Pass Labs for support....someone will actually answer the phone and get you the answer you need, right then and there. What a refreshing change.

Probably not since he runs a business, is successful, and made to the young age of 62.

I had twisted the rca post and broke the solder. I called pass labs to see if anything special had to be done except for a re solder, even sent e-mail picture at their request before they would say how to proceed. Of course it was a simple solder, but they really did answer that phone, all questions, and were very helpful. That goes a long way with customer satisfaction. Also that is one heavy amp, thanks for the handles. When and if I make it to 62 no more hair cuts for me either.

That's funny. Homey the Hippy.

Yup, Pass service and support is outstanding. Their amps aren't too bad either!
