The installation took a lot more time than anticipated.
to adjust height of 8 feet and to make the belt at correct height was difficult.
But finally it made a sound. on first minute from new cartridge I was underwhelming.
But understand well about how a new cartridge sounded when new made me less nervous. The first arm installed was Jelco LS750 + Ortofon SPU A95. it was dark before
we installed TW 10.5 arm. It will be continued on Monday. Anyway after 1-2 hours of playing around and adjusting cart loading the sound had improved considerably.

As a digital source only listener, how do you compare it to your digital front end, I know it's not yet fully burned in

Hello, Olaf

If you push both to the max performance. Both formats can be enjoyable.
But they are different. LP is a lot more complicate to play than optical disc based. A great digital player sound much better today than many years ago.
bad sounding CD/LP will sound bad on any system, good sounding CD/LP
can be both enjoyable in top class players. I just want to have two tastes of music. But I can live with digital sound alone.
But I had fun with Rega RP10+ Benz ACE cartridge and also Denon TT+ Denon cart.
