GIK - Wonderful Customer Service

I like to provide positive experiences with customer service whenever possible. I recently came across an incident with GIK acoustics that I need to share. I had purchased three of their acoustic panels about one year ago in off-white. I noticed an immediate impact in my listening space. Recently, I moved to a new home with a new listening room and immediately realized I had bass issues that needed more than speaker placement to tame. I called Alex at GIK and a week later three bass traps arrived that helped make a significant impact. But, after opening the boxes and setting them up in the room I noticed the "off-white" was significantly different than my "off-white" panels that I ordered last year. I contacted Christine and Alex and GIK and they immediately went to work for me. They confirmed that a change had happened with their fabric distributor and were apologetic about the mix-up. They offered to pay for the panels to be shipped back and issue a full refund (including my shipping costs!) or give a significant discount on the bass traps. Once my wife saw the discount being offered, she quickly got over the change in color and we decided to keep them.

Kudos to the GIK team for both an excellent product and terrific customer service.

+1 on GIK's customer service, whether the metric is timeliness, advice, or problem resolution. My interactions with Glenn, Bryan, and Christina serve in my view as models of what customer service is all about. Always a pleasure to do business with them.
