Thanks. I've been measuring a lot of tones and have become frustrated. I know I'm close, just not quite there. I'm going to lower x-over to 22Hz and play with gain on some heavy bass tracks to see if this will work better. The problem with the JL's, no remote to do from the listening position.

If things are positioned properly you can hear it from the sub - you just need to confirm your findings at the listening position.

Any specific suggestions you can make on tracks to use. Acoustic bass, or electronica?

Bill,
I have found with my REL B1 and Cremona Auditor Ms that the best crossover for the sub was 38Hz but that is well below the freq response of 50Hz-30kHz of the Auditor M. Should I revisit?

A3 is your friend.

REL is 12dB per octave not 24dB

What does A3 mean?

Is it better to integrate the futuras and sub with a 12dB or 24dB slope?

A3 is a crossover setting on the REL.

12dB or 24dB can both work.
