So there have been a few changes that need to be updated in my system.

Most recently I replaced my Audio Research GS-150 with a pair of Pass Labs XA 100.8 class A mono-block amplifiers.
I also added an Esoteric K03x for CD/DAC duties courtesy of forum member Greg (GreginNH1)
Other additions are an Aurender A10 and Isoacoustics Gaia footers for the speakers.

All of the changes have certainly helped to take my system to a higher level, but I have to say that without a doubt the Pass Labs amps are mind blowing good!

Buddy, so you've got some class A magic going on in your room? Wilson speakers are very receptive to that midrange magic and purity of class A. amplification and they reward the listener big for that.

I remember my Sophia 2 really being happy with the Lamm M1.2's and their hybrid tube/SS class A voice. I do have to say, if an opportunity ever presents itself to acquire D'Agostino amps, grab them and you can truly stop all the upgrades right there. Just something to keep in mind. I reached the pinnacle of my system with Alexia's and D'Agostino monos. There was finally no itch to go anywhere from there. I'd still be listening to that setup if my life didn't change shortly after.

Enjoy your system, I am sure it sounds superb.

Buddy.......Such a beautiful room with a first class sound system. I'm certain there are many wonderful hours spent in this room enjoying music.

Do us Aurender guys a favor if you will, post a review of the Aurender A10 in the Aurender forum. I have been quite curious about the A10, it's MQA performance, the overall sound quality, and how you are using it in your system.

I am still hoping to make it down your way one day for a visit with you and Howard. Your sound system and room look superb. .

Serge thank you and yes the Dagostino amps are most awesome!
I certainly do love what class A sound does for the midrange on my Wilson's.

Thank you Dan!
I will post some thoughts in the Aurender forum. The A10 took forever to break in.
Would be great for you to come down and visit with HK and myself one day

I have listened to Buddy's system with the GS-150 and that is a terrific amp. BUT, the Pass 100.8's are a match made in heaven for the Sasha 2.
Serge is absolutely correct. Class A performs "midrange magic" and makes you realize the potential of such a quality speaker. I must admit that, during one of the vocals, I actually had a tear in my eye. Piano is full bodied and the bass is filled with musical detail.
Buddy's music room is open, inviting and artistically well-planned. One just wants to sit down and enjoy the music with an occasional trip over to the bar in the far corner.

You make me wish I could be basking in the experience right now!
