BBC Planet Earth II
A 2 disk set. A perfect demonstration of 4K. On my set (65 inch LG OLED) using a Sony X1000 ES player the image is jaw dropping.

I bought the original planet earth Blu-ray set with one of my first Hi def TVs, and the 4K Blu-ray with my first 4k Sony TV I bought a month ago. Both looked amazing. The 16:9 aspect ratio gives it an edge over normal Blu-ray movies.

I have also been enjoying this stunning 4K material. Besides the obvious use of showing off the true capabilities of a 4K TV and player, the program itself presents the viewer with fantastic commentaries and incredible footage of the animal kingdom.

I own it, but my theater room is not set up yet. I’ve been too busy redoing a foreclosure. Really looking forward to it on my JVC projector and 120” screen. That image with the Snow Leapord is stunning!
