Completely agree with your assessment on all counts. The 20 year is definitely my favorite. I haven't had a chance to try the 23 yet though

Tonight i am trying a new white wine, Fern Ridge Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand
A really good wine for the price, its fresh and juicy...taste is green grass, lemon, grape fruit.

Beautiful accompaniment to Seared Duck Breast topped with Seared Duck Liver and Pinot Reduction, Grilled Asparagus, and Spinach wilted in duck fat and Pinot.
