I lost my Mother in May, and I know how bittersweet this holiday will be for you. Take solace in the fact that she passed fairly quickly as did my Mother, and is in a better place. I will be thinking of you. I lost my mom a few days before Christmas in 2004 and my dad a couple days after Christmas in 2009. It definitely changes your perspective on the season but do not let your heart be troubled. Your mom is well now. Take care my friend and Merry Christmas.
