As I wrote before I have had some problems to get my speaker cables to be firm connected and fit into Gryphon Antileon. Therefore the speaker cables have not been optimal connected.

Changed the speaker terminals from this...

(iPhone pic.)

...to this.

Now the cables fits god into the terminals and gets a much bigger contact surface.

The sound is better. One thing is that it's a firmer grip of the musik, better control.

Why?
1- The bigger surface.
2- The better stability.
3- Both.

What is it? Do you have a link?

Is it easy to install?

I got them from Gryphon. It's not easy to install due to what my professional help told me.

I have learned the hard way that the connections are very important i every HiFi-system. Even Nordost Valhallas connections are easy to improve.
After some research with professional hands on experienced people i decided to improve the Valhalla connections to my power amp Gryphon Antilleon Signature.

It's easy to "do it yourselfe".

Valhalla original.

There are actually some very good brands out there but I bought Furutech.
2 pair of connections is needed.

The result.

(the two to the right)

... and yes! Its a healthy bit better.
I will continue to do this to all my Valhalla power cords.

Highly enjoying the system development and the journey, my sincere compliments on a well thought out system build, including intelligent acoustic treatments. There is a refined balance in your system approach without even slightly damaging the nice interior design.
That alone is an achievement concerning the Fenice may be the Mammoth amongst all loudspeakers, aside maybe the Genesis 1.1 system.
WAF to the max!

Once again I'm thinking about turntables.

What should I buy?
I have som favorites but is open minded.
Brinkmann, Clearaudio, Dr Feikert, Kuzma, Spiral Groove... etc.

I'm looking for, black background, very good micro- and macrodynamic, airy presentation, controlled powerful bas to start with.
I'm not looking for soft, detailed sound that doesn't leave the speakers with restrained punch and dynamics.

Ideas?

Merry Christmas Apexorca!

I don't know much about turntables, but I can tell you the best one I've ever heard was a Kronos.

Kronos Audio Products
