BAD NEWS : It start to developed static sound on right channel. I have eliminated all possibilities that it may caused by other component (preamp, power amp, PC, IC, SC). Don't know what caused this static. Could it be the tube?

Swap tubes between channels and see if problem follows.

And if problem does follow, after shifting all tubes from right to left channel, start shifting tubes back one (left to right) at a time till you hear the noise move channels again. Then you have found the culprit and get ARC to replace that specific tube - they label them so it should be easy for Kalvin to send a replacement.
