I think I'm gonna buy myself a Recovery too! I already have two audiophile USB cables!

If I recall you didn't find the UpTone Audio Regen to provide a benefit with your Bryston BDA-3 DAC, so it will be interesting to see your thoughts on how the Recovery compares in your system. Good luck and let us know how it goes!

I would also be interested in how you feel the Regen and the Recovery compare.

Just remember that the Recovery does definitely improve with breaking in. It is stated 50 hours in the paperwork, but I find it continued to improve well past 100 hours.

You remember correctly. I received my Recovery today and it is already getting break in time on the system. I'm using two Curious Cables and a 9v LPS same as on the Regen. Initial impression is that it certainly doesn't do any damage, but nothing amazing either. I think the real test will be giving it at least 50 hours of break in before drawing any real conclusions. I will keep it in for a while then take it out and see if I'm missing anything. Taking some listening notes of passages that may be telling when I pull this out.

Chain is Silenzio -> Bryston BDA-3 -> McIntosh C2500 -> Bryston 14bsst2 -> Bryston Model T's

Maybe it's just that I have a crappy system that can't be saved by the Recovery

Really liking this thing, just about 34 hrs constant play time, power supply to come on Tues.

How simple a device yet what a step up in performance, this was a no brainier, I was a sceptic now a convert!

Yep makes the harshness of digital less edgy yet still accurate, kind of like analog and digital got married and had offspring

Have you guys tried stacking the recovery, i dont use usb yet, but had a second remedy stacked and it added an amazing clarity and brought out more details stood out from the speaker.

It was shocking as it made every little detail so crystal clear.

I thought the remedy had USB input and spdif output. How can you stack it? Does it have spdif inputs too?
