Howard,

My, oh my! Beautiful! With your usual good taste in visual harmony. Congratulations!

How do you like the Naim XS-2 Integrated with the 140's?

Hi John,
The Den System performs so far above its price level that I am continually awed when I listen to it. The room size, physical layout, and each electronic piece create a package that is pure pleasure. I hope you are still enjoying the NAD.

I am, thank you! It's quite the little performer, although I do plan to replace it within the next 6-8 months. I've run into some limitations of music expression with it that I'm pretty sure are its "fault" and not the Dyn 140's. It's probably a little of both, along with speaker placement, source, cabling, etc., etc., etc. At any rate, I've got the bug to try something different and will begin the audition process soon. There is a pair of used Dyn Contour S340s for sale locally that I might try, as well, although I would imagine their size would be a hard sell with Mel.

In the meantime, I continue to be impressed how the little NAD puts out high quality sound for the price point. Thank you for helping me find this enjoyment!

Very lovely indeed.... somehow that room, would make any system just stand out... it's like it's just made to house audiophile gear...

Very, very nice!

Love seeing kits put together so thoughtfully. There is a lot to it...

Cheers
