Hi. My apologies if you initially received incorrect or incomplete information.

I consistently reinforce the EF/NR information with dealers, but we're far from perfect. It's possible messaging for each application was either misunderstood or miscommunicated. Ultimately, we make things right if there is an honest mistake on anyone's part. Sigma EF was a more recent arrival as it took time to engineer a way to make that power cord version possible, so we needed to catch up to that mid-year addition. I hope all was resolved, but if we can help you are always welcome to contact us directly.

Appreciated, Grant. Will reach out if it becomes necessary.

Once my power cables are sorted out, then I do intend to demo Alpha and maybe Sigma speaker cables.
