They make REALLY good Long Island Ice Tea's at the Outback Steak House that's connected to the Embassy Suites in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Good thing about that, no driving required to get to your room after the Tea party. Great place to stay.

Tequila! Brings memories of Cancun and Acapulco. Was it "La Destileria" in Cancun where I sampled probably 10 Tequila too many? Honestly I don't remember and the rest of that evening is also a blank...

Actually I still have a bottle 1942 that hasn't made its way to the freezer yet.. bad bottle, bad bottle!

And Jim, yes. But there are wine times, and non-wine times. Today was a mix. 05 Artesa Reserve Chard w/ Caesar, 07 MollyDooker The Boxer Shiraz w/ a nice spicy peruvian pork dish, 99 V. Sattui Port w/ dessert. Now as an after dinner for some listening some homemade Ketel 1/Tahitian Vanilla Bean vodka.

Yes, infused vodka, brews in the freezer for at least a month before starting to consume; serve chilled(frozen) in a snifter. No need to shake it over ice.
