As I posted elsewhere... All that to listen to composers who have been dead for centuries... “The dead composer society”.

This one requires $750,000 for speakers alone. Do they make cables expensive and exclusive enough to justify being on these speakers? Not yet? I’m sure someone will jump on that quick.

Do you think the M9 is designed to be used with their big 18" sub? It is difficult to integrate a sub with a speaker of this quality unless so designed. The WAMM comes with its pair of subs and is designed to be used with them. If not, then the M9, while totally over the top is no more so than a WAMM. I'll bet it sounds incredible, with the supporting cast of gear in the right room.

Best

Has anyone actually auditioned them yet? Or, do any dealers have a pair in their shop?

With those big dual 15's in the bottom section, why would you need a sub? Remember the separate dual 15 inch sub Magico make is really strong and I bet the 15's in the M9 are pretty close. Yes they don't have the multi thousand watt amps but I bet a Mac 1.25 K would light them up. and yes I would want some 8 gauge wire. Anyone want to share a winning lottery ticket. My 4 ohm speakers with same sensitivity as the M9 are plenty loud for me with 100 watt input so my 500+ watts amps would be just right.

The first pair of M9 was delivered and installed in a highend dedicated HiFi in Hong Kong last week.

Being a point source speaker with the best dispersion and uniformity using the diamond coated tweeters and very advanced midrange with sculpted cabinet enclosures you don't need ambient drivers. If anything you may need to soften the room to get the definition you desire after listening. Thats what I have experienced with the Magico speakers I have auditioned.
