Robert.......YUM

Last evening I grilled Bar-B-Que chicken on the grill along with grilled asparagus and boiled corn on the cob. I love to cook on the grill.

The best way to do corn on the cob is to soak them in water for a couple with there husks on. Then cook them on the grill while they are in the husk. When done peel back the husks and they will be awesome

I agree with you about the how to cook corn on the grill. Unfortunately, I am in the land of Z-I-K-A and grilling outside at sunsets is not the best idea (more because of my daughters than myself). So tonight was indoor grilling. The corn was steamed (boiled- never). The steaks were grilled on one of the best bargains I've ever seen in cookware. It's an All-Clad non-stick grill pan-- at Home Goods for 59 bucks! Nothing sticks to it- nothing. You don't even use oil or cooking spray because that makes the surface stickier. Throw chicken breast or thighs on it--no stick. Tiger shrimp or other large prawns- done in 5 minutes spectacular. If you have a Home Goods near you and they still have these-- grab one. Nothing like it for "rainy day grilling" or in my case, Aedes Aegypti mosquito avoidance grilling.

Rob-

Looks good and nice kitchen too!
I agree with the All-Clad... best kitchen investment anyone can make. Works great for roasting fish in the oven as well as pancakes on the stove top and anything in-between!

For those reading this thread and not familiar, you gotta be careful with All-Clad. Seems to have the same effect that buying your first McIntosh component does (disclosure: I do not own McIntosh but read about lots of Mc owner's on AA)- once you buy your first piece soon comes the second and then third....

And before you know it you have cupboards full of nothing but All-Clad, making music together in your kitchen.

You ain't kidding. Thank god they don't require power cords (except for my slow cooker for which I have a Silver Electra).

this was a bbq rib weekend. On Saturday, my second kid,Nicholas, and I smoked baby back ribs and again today Anna, my daughter, Jennifer, and I smoke more ribs. (Sunday we attended the annual St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Greek Festival in St Louis. My wife, Anna's church) Sunday was Greek Gyros

this is an example (I made the ones pictured prior to this weekend) of the ribs I made this weekend.
