Default Finally got to use my smoker again today

Seems like lately ever time I have time to fire up the smoker it is raining.

Not today Butcher only had baby back today ( I prefer spares) but I did not let that stop me. 2 racks of baby backs and some short ribs.
3 hours into the cook

That looks good! I assume you're enjoying an adult beverage, a cigar, and some good tunes while that smokes?

Primo Primo Primo. Great little smoker or great for grilling steaks. Had a big Green Egg for about 2 years then during a violent thunder storm high wind knocked a rather large part of a tree right on my Egg. Needless to say I don't have it anymore, but while I did I loved it.

Get it up to temp put your pork roast , brisket or ribs on and forget about it. Holds temp for hours.

Oh don't worry, I have cooked pizza, ribs, steak, chicken , fish, even ziti. Smoked, cheese, sausage, done roasts. you name it it has been done on this primo. Kamodo grills are the best invention ever.

I cooked everything on my Big Green Egg too!!! Ceramic style cookers are among the best on the market. Only drawback as far as I can tell is size.

Looks great but why would rain stop you from smoking? Even snow shouldn't stop it.
