I baked three homemade pizzas last night on my BGE. Tonight it is quail stuffed with goats cheese, wrapped in bacon. Currently I am brining the quail in water, kosher salt, basil, thyme, parsley, and baby rosemary leaves

Looks great guys.......we just purchased our first large BGE today.....I stained the table this afternoon and plan on bricking it in as an "attachment" to the back of our house in our outdoor fire pit area. Hopefully if I know what I'm doing it'll look like a nice built in brick kitchen island. Can't wait to try the BGE on different stuff. Looking forward to the completed project. I'll post some pics when I'm done!
