Break-in Time Dips?

This week, with around 300hrs, I'm noticing some changes in my 2CH system....

Big, bold & deep. Huge dynamics & soundstage, but perhaps a little less controlled dimensionally. Greater detail, recording background not as black & a little edgy here & there...I'm thinking that it's all going through another transitional stage as burn-in progresses.

I heard that Shunyata products take between 500-800hrs to come of age.... I hope that some of the negatives pass soon.

Given that it's all still very new, has anyone else experienced dips from around 300hrs?

Today, I pushed the Mc2301s hard. +5db on the C1000T. Amazing! Much better to yesterday's observations at lower volume levels. When the juice is pumping...
