I Krone my own 6a solids throughout (in wall, catuity bundled in the ceiling) & then patch with with pre-made Molex 6a. I come into a central 6a patch panel & switch from there.

I VLAN 3 segments using a managed switch. WAN for Internet, LAN for internal, CCTV for security. VLANS are tagged & routed across the subnets.

Nice timing of this topic. I'm currently in the transition from S/PDIF single ended coax to CAT6a for my meridian theater. M uses differential digital in the cat cables.

My thinking so far goes to look for the best solid silver cat6a as possible to fit with my current view that solid silver delivers the best digital signal regardless of coax, hdmi or PCM over ethernet.

My current pick so far is Furutech LAN-10G, haven't received it yet.
