Guys, if you can, take an Uber or a taxi to the event. A lot of parking is "reserved" and after looking to park for 30 minutes I couldn't get a spot. I had to leave and come back later and it was still hard to find a spot.

I live here and I'm considering just ubering to the RMAF just so I don't have to waste time trying to park

I've attended 12 of the 14 RMAF's and I'll probably be at the event again this year :-)

BTW - I've never had any problem parking ... there is a parking lot across the street where you can park for a very small fee.

I used to go to CES years ago. I haven't been in years. Used to go to Vegas for one show or another but haven't done that in a year. How good is this show? Worth going there from Ohio?

Most definitely -- as I believe 99% of those who've attended say it's worth the trip. IMO, you should at least attend once & go from there afterwards.

Best Sir,

Bob

My brother's house if about 5 minutes from some rail system that's supposed to run right into downtown. I assume I could just catch that and then huff it the last few blocks if necessary. Do you know what that's about?

If I was to guess it is the E series trams -- Regional Transport District (RTD) provides bus and rail service to the Denver metro area.

Some trips, depending where you're coming from can be somewhat excessive travel times. My sister lives in Highlands Ranch which is south of the Tech Center area -- RTD service, which includes, buss, walking and tram for 52 minutes or on the far extreme is 2 hours 7 minutes with 2 tram, a bus and 3 short walks.

More here:

Best Sir,

Bob

Now that the wife is getting into Hi-Fi I might have to see if I can talk her into it.

I never take the light rail, but Denver is heavily invested in it and from the one time I took the light rail, it's quite nice.
