Default Mags 3.7 Upgrade

I am planning to replace the wiring inside my 3.7 with mil spec silver coated double insulated wiring. At the same time I will replace the Aluminium spade connectors used at the various contacts. I plan to use silver Cardas binding posts and silver coated fuse holders. I might upgrade the crossover components too depending on what I find in there. Pictures to follow.

Be interested to know what brand, spec and values the capacitors used are.

I will try and identify the components and values used.I have to determine if I can upgrade with my limited knowledge of crossover design. Non-existing knowledge actually.[emoji5]

How would you rate the upgrade? I had the money set aside 3 time for this and all 3 times life happened.

My 3.7i are sounding really good right now. What I recall that impressed me the most was it tamed down the high frequencies. I always felt that is was just a little too bright. The upgrade took that out and gave the music more warmth. I just love listening to Alison Krauss and Union Station. Her voice sounds so good. As I remember it helped the bass too. I will admit I run two JL subwoofers which adds a lot. Would I do it again, yes.
