Default The right mono blocs for a 6ohm speaker

Hi everyone,
I've decided to purchase some Shindo mono blocs to partner with the giscours. Listening sessions will begin in a few weeks but I'm currently leaning towards corton Charlemagne's in either kt88 or el34 configuration. This leaning is purely on the basis of my current speaker choice which is zingali 20.6, a 6ohm 93db speaker. The question is ; Am I being overly conservative with regard to driving these speakers.

I will not have an option to try at home or bring my speakers with me! Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Thanks in a

TommyC,
Took your advice, Matt is also pointing me at the CC's so will be having a listen in mid November and hopefully once I recover from having my socks knocked off, placing an order!

Could well be but going to listen to both and see which tubes I like, people tell me that they are different, more mid range on the 34's versus the top and bottom control of the kt88's.

Please keep us updated. I'm interested to find out your impression on Shindo's EL34 vs KT88.

there's some GM70's for sale on the Gon...pretty rare offering for a locally sourced pair that doesn't appear to be a scam.

My belief is that it would be more fair to compare the Corton 80 to the CCQ, not to the CC.
