Default Kudos to Matt at Pitch Perfect for first-class support

About a month ago, I started hearing a strange sound from one of my speakers. It was intermittent - perhaps once or twice an hour, lasted a few seconds, and it sounded like someone crumpling a newspaper. It was only noticeable during very quiet passages and not a big deal at all ... but still ...

I contacted Matt, described the sound and he quickly helped me determine that it was probably one of the preamp line tubes on the Monbrison. To make sure, he suggested swapping the Left/Right tubes to see if the strange sound moved to the other side. It did.

Two days later, I had a brand new (well, NOS) Telefunken replacement tube waiting at my door. Free!

A while back someone asked "So what happened when Shindo breaks?"

Well, if you buy from Matt at Pitch Perfect the answer is: It gets taken care of swiftly, effectively and with no drama or panic.

Support is key in this business. And that's where a lot of so-called 'high-end' dealers seem to fail. That's good to hear, literally and figuratively.

He has done the same for me with a problematic pre amp tube as well. Plus what appears to be "always on" email support.

As Matt's first customer here... I will add that he always sent me a tube when I needed one. Never charged a cent and was always there to help...

Even when it came time to sell my Shindo system, he was there for me and took care of the whole process.

A finer gentleman/dealer you will not meet.
