Default Walnut EVOs are here!

Will update with some good photos tomorrow.
My dealer mistakenly only shipped me one stand...other one should be here tomorrow morning. :-)

The second stand arrived this morning along with the new Audioquest Earth Interconnect. They include a small Walnut block with Sonus Faber burned into it. It smells glorious! Can't figure out if it is the wood stain they used or a perfume of some sort. You open the box and it hits you with this amazing scent of perfume, leather and wood. :-) I'll do some rearranging and am also looking for a new turntable to top this off...

The new HP from Primaluna is really impressive IMHO.
Very large improvement over the previous Prologue and Dialogue Series.
The 70 watts from EL34s make a very pretty sound with the EVOs.

Jason.......After the honeymoon give some thought to a pair of JL Audio f112 Fathom subwoofers and a Bryston 10B Sub active crossover. That addition will truly take your sound system to a full range level. I did dual McIntosh XLS112 powered subs with my SF Guarneri Memento's and was floored at the improvement to the overall frequency response, improved clarity to the lower midrange from the GM's, and the expansion of sound stage width and depth. It took the Guarneri Memento's performance to a whole new level. It will do the same for the Evo's.

Here is the link to my review of the Bryston 10B Sub active crossover review when I added it to my studio sound system with the GM's.

Jason,

Congratulations! You've made some pretty serious changes over the past few months and it looks fantastic. Happy listening!
