best,
Ok, I did not know that. That's good news.
I remember when I went in Israel for the very first time, in 1986.
At this time, taxes were so high in the country that a little Subaru was considered like a very luxurious car.
I do not regret this period : times were very difficult for all israelis and the economic development of Israel has been huge.
But I regret that the economic boom of the country have let so many people on the side of the road. This is very disturbing.
I go to Israel between once and two times a year and 95% of my family lives there! I never went to Brazil.

I would have wished a path similar to the scandinavian or canadian models, but the israel politicians have chosen an other route. Maybe that this is the normal path for all "emerging" countries....

I understand exactly what you say Jerome.
Although I mentioned Brazil is pointing the right way, there is still generations and generations of work to be done.
Best,

Sorry about that Jerome , but for Brazil you are completely wrong!
the gap between A class and C class has never been so small!
The actual growth thay you have been reading is about the Low class people!
Wealth people , actually are paying more taxes!
Brazil is totally fifferent from Russia.
Israel also is growing cause it is being less socialisy, less government dependant.
The fact is that European people in general had lost the buying power. And obviously these values scares anyone.
