I've heard the Focus partnered very well with Plinius, Densen and Chord.

Do you think any of the older Marantz would work well with the 160s? 2230, 2245, 2270, 2240, 2275?

Focus pretty much pairs well with everything...they are just a very, very nice speaker. Very musical.

The 160's and XS2 are very nice together....musical in one word.

All depends on the sound you are looking for. I wanted something that would play all kinds of music, since I'm into everything and new sounds...

Last night while taking off one the speaker covers from my 140's, I broke off one of the pegs that holds the cover on. CRAP!

Anyway, I want to get it fixed. I'll probably have to buy a new cover, which is fine, but has anyone gone through this and can offer some advice?
