Ivan...that would be awesome.
Silver / Grey, see the speaker on the left is very nice, but so is Oyster, speaker on the right. Oyster gives it a bit of a classic look, which might match all those classic Sonus Faber speakers. VIVID.jpg Last edited by Douglas; 02-09-2017 at 12:44 PM. |

I have seen them in burgundy somewhere (Bart might remember where) and they looked pretty neat. I also liked the dark green ones we saw in *the barn" (the vivid audio showroom in UK where Bart's profile picture is taken).
But now for real: What do you think of something in the line of "Porsche Zermatt Silver" for your dungeon? |

My next vivids would be in a matte color. I considered to order my current set in matte white, but my wife and I didn't think the extra cost would justify the difference from the pearls.
If one is concerned about resale value, the red may not be good choice. The same might be said for other colors with a lot of "pop". |

I have heard good things about the sound, but I'm not a fan of its esthetics or that of the B&W Nautilus aka "the Alien".
As far as color is concerned, any hue is fine, but it should be low chroma and low value so it doesn't stand out in the room. Pearl white is the only lighter shade that would be alright. Eventually, anything that large in bright red, yellow or blue will become an eye sore. Last edited by GaryProtein; 02-10-2017 at 04:19 PM. |

I'd love to hear them in someone else's house. I just can't get the aesthetic and I think my wife would throw me and them out.
