Joe, ... As you say content in regards to streaming could maybe be a bummer for some.
But me being older there is just so much out there for me to watch.
Plus I really wanted it also to be able to order by Mail the Blu movies.

I think VuDu did something to their surround processing recently- my ancient Meridian processor had no problem with DD+ but now i get drop out. Thus, I need a more current surround processor for my smaller 2d video system.
It's weird, i like having not to deal with physical media on the movie side, but am still a vinyl diehard when it comes to serious music listening. Go figure.

VUDU now offers 7.1 surround and 1080P ........
The price varies according to what you want to "See" & "Hear".
I think VUDU in regards to streaming is the "Leader:.
I have VUDU option now but thik in my case being one of the poorer AA guys I will mainly use Netflix.
And get the Blu-Ray movies Mailed to me.
But if one does not wish to "Wait" on the mail I think VUDU is the Best streaming source.

I know in Streaming from Netflix I am watching HD Format not Blu-Ray.
Is that the same thing you speak of ?
It looks pretty darn good as my Runco VS-11D up converts that to 1080P.

It was simply the other high-res Video format (Toshiba/Warner Brothers assoc.).

You can google it to find more, but it don't matter anymore now because it is completely dead;
except for a small bunch of hard core 'Gaulois'. ...Including me.

I have just received my 1st Blu-Ray movie from "Netflix" this afternoon.
Man that was like {Fast}

A few Pics. as usual from me documenting this taking place.

I know for sure I am going to be all over this now that I see how "Fast" and "Easy" the process is.

Oh, one more comment for those that might not, (Yet) be using Netflix.

You get an E-Mail {Notice} telling you they have sent out the Blu-Ray movie and the date it will arrive.
