The article said he was flying the plane with a co-pilot but I don't think he was half hanging. Just had his camera over the window.

The Atlantic reports that Holtzman shot this photo while nearly hanging out the window of his plane.

His website can be found on the petalixel link posted above - looks like he has done these type of photos more then a few times

The B2 images might be 100% legit, he has quite a portfolio!

Got me thinking (a bad thing) thinking he may have taken high speed multiple shots. The B2 is going to be in the ideal position for an instant, trying to see the attitude i.e. nose high for relative slow flight (that'd be fast for the majority of aircraft). Anyway congrats on an excellent photograph.

Going 100 mph in one direction while the B-2 is closing in at 200 mph in the other, yes, multiple shots indeed.
