Yes, you did. I'm glad I waited it out too. The problem is, if I can afford it...may have to stick with the A-46 (soon to be A-47?!)

Accuphase uses some of the biggest and baddest caps around. Nichicon caps, I believe...

At the same time there seems to be a new price policy as for EU market, pls follow:
DP700 was 20500 now DP720 is 17000 E560 was 10850 now E600 is 9998 P4100 was 8650 now P4200 is 7500 All retail / msrp in euro. Looking forward to DP620 and A70 EU pricing, these may follow the new policy too. Last edited by 4RE; 02-16-2014 at 09:22 AM. Reason: typo |

Let's hope the new lower pricing policy carries over to the US market. Wishful thinking, I know.

Luxman and Accuphase may sound alike, but Luxman does not offer a substantial MC phono amplifier. And Accuphase does with either AD2820 and C27..
The AD2820 saves another interconnect and powercord, which once again Keeps It Simple. Last edited by 4RE; 04-06-2014 at 01:50 PM. |

That's not a bad idea. The P-4200 is no slouch. However, the A-70 makes me haha.

However, if prices go up, I won't be surprised. |

One can only hope, especially here in the US.
