Digital Simulation has come a long way. Incredible
Incredible. In another decade it will be completely indistinguishable from reality. Here is an example of a digital combat simulator for anyone wanting to play... All the flight dynamics, controls, visuals, etc are as accurate and as real as they can get today. Check this out... Digital Combat Simulator (DCS) (but do not call this a game, it is much beyond a game)

I do a fair bit of sim racing and it is incredibly close to reality. The level of details being simulated is astonishing (from aero to tyre degradation to track conditions).
Most of the F1 driver use them for their training (I'm talking about the standard rig, not the multi million one which take everything to the next level|) |
