Default Bi-wire or jumpers on 7T?

Just started breaking in my 7T's which arrived yesterday--man, I think they are lovely in Rose Walnut.

Wondering what those of you who already have them are finding works best with cable hook up--bi-wire or jumpers, or maybe even the supplied jumper plates??

I'm considering Paul Speltz's Anti-Cable speaker cables to start due to very good reviews in The Absolute Sound and no-brainer low price. Maybe the Level 3 Series Cables and Jumpers or Level 2 Series Bi-Wired cables will get the nod....comments?

Use good cables and jumpers or supplied jumper plates.

Bi-wiring really doesn't give you anything.

I am happy with the supplied jumper plate. The Eclipse 7's are really very good.

I just wired mine today using jumpers; and I'm extremely pleased.

John.......Oh yeah, ask the dealer. It'll be bi-wire all the way. He just happens to have some in the back. Knowing the speakers won't have anything to do with it.

Congrats on the new 7T's...I'm jealous!

I have a pair of Paul Speltz's Anti Cables and if you haven't purchased them yet then save your money. The idea is a good one but the execution is terrible. Try forming and bending stiff copper wire and you'll get my drift. They are the toughest cables to manage I have ever purchased!

I have been using my 7Ts since May 2012 with the supplied jumper plates. They appear pretty substantial. Even if I bought upgraded jumpers I would leave the plates on.

Anyway, these speakers are fantastic. I have done a few equipment, cable, and power upgrades over the last year, and with each upgrade these speakers make each improvement in sound very obvious.

I talked to the AA dealer today (while I was auditioning the 7T's) and noticed he had them bi-wired. He explained he uses a bi-wire arrangement to provide a larger copper conductor to the woofer section that the tweeter doesn't need. So the upper bi-wire is a different gauge.

By the way...the 7T's are fantastic!
