For your interest, the latest Stereo Sound (Japan) Issue 209 awards the DP-750 a Grand Prix, and also lists the DP-750 as the absolute Best Buy Digital Disc Player over a Yen 1,000,000 budget (around Euros 7,780 or US$ 8.990 at today's exchange rates). The Japanese magazine Audio Accessory Issue 171 awards the DP-750 the Gold Prize.

I can dream about this one. I think the 430 or 560 is a little more likely to land in my system. I think the 750 is a higher quality product than what is found in most recording studios!

An update for those of you wanting to play data disc gaplessly on the DP-750 or DP-560.
You can use Tascam Hi-Res Editor (free download) to combine all tracks of a DSD or Hi-Res album into one long track. This will then play gaplessly. It took me a while to work it out but I'm glad I took the time. No more clicking between tracks anymore.

Yesterday I had the chance to listen to the DP-750 at my home for two hours. I also could compare it with my DP-720.
Ok, two hours is not enough for a detailed check. However, it's another incredible player from Yokohama, which seems to play slightly more 'analog' as the DP-720. It might replace my DP-720 and DC-37 in the near future.
