Default Can anyone help me get my itunes playlists in Sonos???

I know this can be done but I am having trouble with it.

I have updated my "music index" several times.

To no avail.

What am I doing wrong???

A couple of questions first.
1) Did you make those files available for sharing in OS-X?
2) Were they available before and not now? If so what did you do change?
3) Are you talking the Playlists or all your music in iTunes?

Call sonos support they are excellent at solving problems and they are easy to get a hold of on the phone.

Thanks guys...

CAlled Sonos... they talked me right through it.

Seems as if with all of my drives attached I had TOO MUCH music.

So, it wouldn't let the playlists in.

I think there is a 50,000 track limit

David,

I have been using Sonos from the beginning and I love it.

Like you, it is my main source. I use it all day in my home office and even love it in my main system.

I rarely play a disc, but I still do listen to a lot of vinyl in the evenings.

I am not sure what is missing in my hearing, but, I just don't hear a big enough difference with the discs to bother with them. I know a lot of others do, perhaps they have better hearing or just a better ear for music.

I LOVE SONOS.

PS. Thanks for the tip on Genius... thats what I just started using and its another great way to mix it up. Thanks.

Genious playlists are the best. When I make a genious playlist, I rename them so they are easier to find in my imported playlist index . When you get tired, just click a different song and it reconfigures the playlist and you can select how many songs are in each playlist as well.
