I want to achieve the listening routine you have.

Going to get there! Your setup (s) look truly awesome and also inviting.
Tim.......Make some time to listen to your sound system. Music is a huge stress releiver. The time you take to relax with music pays big dividends in your life. Don't pass up an opportunity to turn your sound system on and enjoy some music.

Hey Dan

Is this some sort of acoustic panel covering a TV on the wall behind your system? I have a TV behind my system that is no doubt causing reflections.

Be interested to know what you’ve done if this is the case and whether it made a notable difference by covering the TV?

Thanks!

Jamie.......Yes, that is a custom made acoustic art panel I ordered from AcoustiMac. https://www.acoustimac.com/acoustic-panels/

They manufacture pre-made and custom made acoustic art panels. I ordered mine to a specific size with the scene I wanted along with Owens Corning 703 fiberglass absorption. I fabricated steel wire hangers that attach to the back of the panel that allow it to be hung on the 55" wide screen TV. My thread Acoustic Art Panel in Studio details how I made and installed the hangers.

The Acoustic Art panel improved the focus of the sound stage. It now sounds deeper and wider, plus I no longer have to stare at the black TV screen while enjoying music. The scene I chose of a path through the trees is much more pleasant to look at, and the colors in the scene compliment the room's atmosphere. I am completely satisfied with the results.
