Pass Labs & Sonus Faber?
Anyone here using Pass Labs? In particular, I'm interested in the X250.8 stereo amp to drive my Amati Futuras. (I'm also on the hunt for Strads to replace the Futuras, but that's another story.)
I love my Doshi tube amps, but am interested in trying a solid state amp as an alternative to cycle in and out of the system. After searching this site, seems like McIntosh, Krell, Burmeister, and D'Agostino are popular solid state options. But I'm particularly interested in the combination of SF and Pass Labs. I'd appreciate any experience and advice. Thanks, Dave

Dave, I can't answer to Pass and SF but my pair of X260.8's perform quite nicely with my Revel Studio II's. Previously driving them with Rogue M180 mono blocks which did a superb job as well.

Thanks Dave. The 260.8 mono blocks are out of my budget, so I'm more interested in the stereo amp.
I had the Rogue M180's several years ago and they were very good. Performed well above their price point.
