How many hours do you spend on your 2 channel?
I was selling something and I started thinking about how many hours I actually put on the component. Turns out only about 15 hours in the entire year. They were 15 very nice hours but I started wondering how much time people here actually spend listening to their systems a month.

I spend much more than 50 hours a month listening.
I will stay up late or get up early specifically to listen. |

With work on top of it or retired?
Maybe I needed a larger poll option. Where's superman when you need him. |

I easily pass 50 hours listening to my systems each month. The living room system was on yesterday for about six hours, and last night I spent three hours listening to the two channel system in the studio. That is fairly typical.

I listen at least 60 hours a month, maybe more. And I work full time with long hours. But the music is what keeps me sane enough to keep working.

My other hobby is cycling. As I tell everyone, cycling keeps me healthy and music/audiophilia keeps me sane.

Like Dan, I am retired, and would say that 50 hours a week closer to reality than 50 a month!
I mean, with all this great stereo gear, what else is an old guy gonna do anyway? Play records of course! . . .
