Arrived & Time to Set Them Up!
OK, my long wait is over.
For close to 2 months, I have been waiting and waiting for their arrival. Finally, my patience bore fruit! The PWT & PWD arrived, together with my first AC12 (UK plug head) cable. Another 5 more will come, later .... 4 pieces of AC12 (US type) and 1 piece I2S 12 HDMI cable (for their connection). For now, a Wireworld Silver Starlight 5.2 will suffice. I have NOT open them up as I am waiting for the Jeff Rowland M501's to come on Tuesday. Together, they will be setup, all of them at once. The current McIntosh MVP871, MCD500 & MA6600+TM2 will be set aside for view. Will also be using back the Argento Serenity Reference XLR interconnects and Speaker cables. Until such time, the PS Audio PerfectWave versions are available. Pics will follow. Promise. Please be patient. Honestly, it is very difficult to contain my excitement and curiosity, to compare between them and the McIntosh MC500 .... Till then, all I can say to myself is ... wait for Tuesday to come. Cheers!

Jerry.......You have more patience than me. I would already have the PWT and PWD making music. Without the HDMI interconnect you will not be taking advantage of the I2S connection and decoding, so your initial impression is likely to be different than when using I2S. Have fun.
