Default SP3 - Zone2, how to setup a second pair of outdoor speaker?

Hi All,

I don't understand the concept of zone 2, on the sp3. I am trying to setup a second pair of speakers for outdoor use. Therefore I would like to switch between the two different zones on the sp3.
How do I do this and what do I need to have?
I currently use 5.1 system, 6b sst and 3b sst connected to the sp3, which is working fine.
Where do I connect the outdoor speakers to? What additional devices do I need to get ?

Rgs.

Bryston SP3' Bryston 6b-sst, 3b-sst, BDA-2, Dynaudio Confidence C2 (front), Dynaudio SCX (center), Dynaudio Audience (rears), ocos speaker cables, Vertere USB D-FI DD and most Bryston interconnect cables

It's pretty straight forward. I have an outdoor zone 2 using KEF outdoor speakers driven by an SP3 and a two channel Parasound amp. SP3 and BDP-1 functions can be controlled via an I-phone or I-pad. Inputs, volume etc. can be controlled independently for each zone. I am using two runs of heavy gauge "zip" cord from the Parasound amp to the outdoor speakers without any problem.

So I need another amplifier that connects to the Zone 2 source. Would it be possible to use an integrated amp connected to the sp3 instead of a dedicated power amp., I have a spare one of those.
Thanks Steve.

Just be aware that Zone two is for analog sources only. You can not use the SP3's digital processing for the extra zone (no HDMI or digital source).
