darTZeel NHB-Dac

NHB-Dac will look like a smaller version of the 8550 integrated amplifier. It will support dsd, with Usb and network inputs.
Ipad will be supported.

Price around $20000
Release date - Fall 2013

The dac will first appear in a preamp, maybe in the old 18NS or a new one.

That looks very nice Joe & sounds like it will be ready for all the current high res formats. Cool that is supports Ipad!

Only problem is Dartzeel time runs a little slower. It's a year away. Wow!

20k is a lot for a DAC. I'd be better off getting a good CD transport and hiring someone to swap out the disc's for me.

Thanks for the correction in the first post. I got carried away.

Got the info from the Japanese importer, something was wrong in the translation.
I've corrected the info on my blog.

Price will be 2 mill yen for the integrated/dac.

Later a stand-alone version of the dac will be released.
